Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in UX/Product Research, ideally in B2C or marketplace environments
• Strong communication skills — reputed company to distill insights and influence decision-making
• Experience coaching or mentoring cross-functional partners
• You are pragmatic and reputed company in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable owning end-to-end research processes
• Comfortable adapting to evolving scopes and ambiguous problem spaces
