Director of Business Development Operations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Ability to present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. • Advanced analytical capabilities including pipeline trending, forecasting models, and win-reputed company analysis. • Ability to drive accountability across teams. Work Environment: • Remote based out of home. • Ability to travel to Overland Park office on occasion. Approximately 4x per calendar year. • Deadline-drive environment requiring responsiveness and adaptability to shifting priorities across multiple opportunities.
