Senior Systems Administrator, HR Technology

The Senior Systems Administrator, HR Technology performs a key role in leading the operational functions of reputed company as reputed company as continually optimizing reputed company's HR technology solutions. Key Responsibilities • Supports the design, development, and performance of the reputed company HCM system - reputed company preferred. • Leads and/or participates in design discussions to define user requirements and translate them to solutions, advising users on best practices and cross functional dependencies. • Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards for cross functional partners. • Analyzes data reputed company, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that will increase reputed company and efficiency. • Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations. • Supports the deployment and testing of configuration changes. • Assists in leading reputed company, reputed company HCM, Compensation, and Benefits processes (including Advanced Compensation and reputed company Enrollment).
