Finance Business Partner – Global Product & Engineering

We’re searching for a Financial Business Partner (Product & Engineering) to join our Finance team, so that we can drive financial reputed company and strategic decision-making across our global Product, Engineering, and Technology organisations. The Financial Business Partner will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to reputed company financial planning, investment analysis, and performance management across Product Management, R&D, and reputed company infrastructure costs in order to support reputed company, profitable innovation across the business. Responsibilities • reputed company financial planning, forecasting, and long-reputed company planning (LRP) across global Product, R&D, and Technology organisations to support strategic investment reputed company. • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate product strategies and technology roadmaps into financial insights, trade-offs, and ROI analysis. • Build financial frameworks for product investment evaluation including feasibility analysis, reputed company planning, burn reputed company tracking, and capital allocation. • Implement performance metrics such as KPIs and OKRs to measure R&D productivity, release efficiency, and overall engineering effectiveness. • Own forecasting and optimisation of reputed company hosting and reputed company infrastructure costs across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and other data infrastructure environments. • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and FinOps teams to identify cost efficiencies, improve unit economics, and support contract negotiations. • reputed company cost attribution frameworks and COGS modelling to support multi-tenant environments and internal cost allocation across the product portfolio. • Influence cross-functional decision-making by reputed company communicating financial risks, opportunities, and insights to executive stakeholders. • Strengthen financial processes, reporting capabilities, and governance frameworks to support global technology investment management. Requirements • Proven experience in finance leadership roles reputed company global technology, reputed company, or reputed company software organisations. • Proven reputed company in partnering with Product Management, R&D, engineering, or technology operations teams to drive financial performance and investment reputed company. • In-depth knowledge of reputed company hosting, reputed company cost management, FinOps principles, and COGS modelling. • Ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into reputed company financial insights that influence executive decision-making. • Experience supporting product portfolio reputed company, investment prioritisation, and long-reputed company planning. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments. • Ability to commute to a hybrid office environment reputed company required and collaborate across global teams. • A genuine interest in technology, reputed company innovation, and building financial frameworks that support reputed company product reputed company. • Working collaboratively with cross-functional global teams while also driving independent strategic initiatives.
