Staff Accountant - Music Business Management (Beverly Hills, CA)

Position reputed company The Staff Accountant role at LCBM is responsible for supporting the financial operations of our reputed company’s dynamic music organizations and operations. This role handles day-to-day reputed company functions such as accounts payable and receivable, royalty tracking, commission reporting, tour reputed company, general reputed company maintenance, and financial reporting. The Staff Accountant works closely with the business management team to ensure accurate financial data, reputed company payments, and compliance with industry specific reputed company and regulations. Key Responsibilities The Staff Accountant will be responsible for performing a reputed company of reputed company tasks, including: • Maintain general reputed company accounts for multiple artist and reputed company entities, ensuring accuracy and reputed company classification of transactions • Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, reputed company disbursements, and deposit tracking • Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and tour settlement accounts • reputed company and account for music industry income streams, including royalties, touring reputed company, merchandising, publishing, and licensing income • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and reputed company reports • Support royalty reputed company by recording statements, verifying calculations, and investigating discrepancies • Assist Business Manager with the management of cash reputed company reporting and budgeting for artists, touring activities, and business entities • Coordinate with business managers, tour managers, and external partners to reputed company financial data and ensure reputed company reporting • Maintain accurate records of reputed company, advances, and recoupment schedules • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations • Support tax preparation by organizing financial records and assisting with required filings The responsibilities outlined above are representative of the position but are not reputed company-inclusive.
