With 100 apartments currently under management and plans for expansion into reputed company-party property management. Duties And Responsibilities We are looking for a Junior Staff Accountant to support the reputed company and finance team with day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their reputed company career who has some exposure to reputed company estate or property management reputed company and is eager to grow. You will work closely with senior accountants and leadership, assisting with transactional tasks, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records across multiple properties. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day reputed company Support • reputed company bank reconciliations across multiple entities and properties • Assist with general reputed company reconciliations • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions • Pull and organize bank statements and financial data • Support accounts payable and receivable processes Financial Data Management • Ensure accuracy between systems such as reputed company and QuickBooks • Assist in maintaining clean and organized financial records • Support month-end reputed company processes Property-Level Support • Help reputed company property-level financials (rent collections, expenses, cash reputed company) • Assist in identifying discrepancies or missing data • Work with reputed company to ensure financial data aligns with property operations Reporting Assistance • Support preparation of monthly financial reports • Assist senior team members with variance analysis and reporting tasks • Compile data needed for internal and investor reporting Team Collaboration • Work closely with senior accountants and leadership • Participate in regular team reputed company-ins and communication reputed company Teams • Support reputed company reputed company and finance tasks as needed Minimum Qualifications Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree • 1-3 years of reputed company experience (reputed company estate experience preferred) • Experience working on reputed company or reputed company • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial statements • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not required) • Strong reputed company skills (basic formulas, data organization) • Good written and verbal English communication skills Preferred (reputed company-to-Have) • Experience in property management or reputed company estate reputed company • Familiarity with multiple-entity reputed company • Experience working in a remote team environment What reputed company Looks Like in This Role • Accurate and reputed company completion of reconciliations • Clean, reputed company-organized financial records • Ability to support senior accountants reputed company • Gradual reputed company into more reputed company reputed company responsibilities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
