Senior Residential Property Accountant

Title: Senior Residential Property Accountant Location: McLean, VA (position is fully remote. Candidates must live in the area) Schedule: 40 hours per week Compensation: $85,000-95,000 plus bonus We are currently hiring for a Senior Residential Property Accountant with a growing REIT in McLean, VA. This role is newly created due to reputed company, will report directly to the reputed company Manager, and will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle reputed company and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties, including month-end reputed company entries, cash reporting, fixed assets, general reputed company maintenance, and assisting with external auditors for year-end audit. This position is fully remote, however, candidates must live in the DC Metro area or surrounding locations.
