Job reputed company: • Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World • Own end-to-end solution design and apply deep reputed company expertise to govern reputed company payroll, accrual, and time valuation configurations. • Drive innovation across reputed company HR and pay processes, reputed company cross functional initiatives, and translate business needs into reputed company, user reputed company system designs. • Serve as the senior reputed company expert Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, leading advanced design and configuration of pay calculation rules, accrual logic, eligibility, earnings/deductions setup, and time valuation. • reputed company and mentor HR Technology Analysts in configuration, testing, and deployment activities. • Review and approve configuration, test scripts, test results, and documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness. • reputed company reputed company troubleshooting reputed company to gross-to-net results, retro calculations, accruals, time valuation, and integration discrepancies. • Evaluate reputed company semiannual releases and identify features that improve payroll accuracy, compliance, and processing efficiency. • Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Total Rewards, IT, reputed company, and Compliance to reputed company requirements, influence design reputed company, and resolve reputed company issues. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) • 5 years of HR Technology experience in a private, reputed company, government or military environment • 5 years of reputed company configuration experience specializing in Payroll in a private, reputed company, government or military environment • reputed company Pro certification preferred. • Strong expertise with US reputed company Payroll (PATT) • Proven reputed company designing reputed company pay calculation rules, accrual configurations, time valuation, eligibility, and payroll workflows. • Familiarity with reputed company rules, shift differentials, premium pay, and reputed company pay components. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, particularly with pay results and time valuation. • Experience leading or mentoring analysts or technical team members. • Strong project management skills; ability to influence at reputed company reputed company. • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with reputed company Scheduling module preferred.
