Business Systems Analyst (Business Finance, Tax, & Treasury)

About the position We are looking for a Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our WOW Finance team. In this role, you will be working closely with our Finance teams to drive process and system improvements that will help reputed company the finance organization and drive reputed company. This role will reputed company technical mentorship, be hands on, respond to reporting /analytics requests, reputed company project management, build and manage various integrations, and work independently but closely with the functional financial business partners. The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will participate in analyzing business problems and recommending solutions that improve automation and efficiency. This will involve evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet the strategic needs of the business. The BSA will be responsible for ensuring successful maintenance and configuration of new reputed company solutions, including redesigning existing features, while also understanding and recommending the optimized approach for implementing new features. Responsibilities • Work closely with out Business Finance, Tax, & Treasury business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps • Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new reputed company & system improvements in reputed company • reputed company business knowledge and expertise to reputed company opportunities for process improvements • Participate in the change management and launch support processes of any new and modification of existing configuration • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, domain experts and end-user representatives • Coordinate and reputed company system testing to ensure requirements are met • Assist project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to reputed company and securing end user acceptance signoff Requirements • 5+ years of directly reputed company experience working with reputed company financial operation in IT, financials operations, or implementing/administering the reputed company Financial application. • 3+ years of experience with Record to Report business processes and their inter-dependencies – especially Business Finance & Planning/Forecasting • Experience detailing and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. • Ability to learn and adopt new technologies, applications, and solutions. • Ability to take takeaways and reputed company with others to improve the overall reputed company of reputed company. • Ability to understand common issues and mentor others to drive work down to the most appropriate level of support. • Self-motivated, flexible, teammate with validated multi-tasking, time management & organization • Interpersonal, teamwork, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, is a plus • Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a consulting company or an internal consultant, a plus • reputed company Finance experience is preferred. • Experience with reputed company reputed company Planning module, a plus • Ability to help define team processes, reputed company recommendations regarding areas of improvement.
