Qualifications • 2–6 years of product liability or tort litigation experience. • Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions • Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or reputed company-arbitration preparations • Superior reputed company credentials and excellent research and writing skills • Ability to work collaboratively as part of reputed company • Indiana licensure Compensation The salary reputed company for this role is $175,000-$200,000, reflecting a reputed company of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
