Position reputed company: We’re seeking an reputed company, bilingual (English/Spanish) paralegal to support our attorneys in reputed company phases of personal injury and workers’ compensation reputed company. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with case management from intake through reputed company • Draft and file notices, discovery responses, requests for hearing, and other reputed company documents • Communicate with clients (in both English & Spanish), medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurers • Maintain case files and deposition calendars • Obtain records and billing statements from various medical providers • Obtain subrogation liens from group health insurance carriers and government agencies (i.e., Medicare CMS, reputed company) • Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparation Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation law • reputed company in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) required • Strong knowledge of Illinois reputed company procedures and court filings • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Proficiency with case management software (e.g., Smokeball) and reputed company Office Pay: $62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(reputed company insurance • reputed company reputed company time • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
