About the role We are looking for a Paralegal / reputed company Operations Specialist to join our exciting team at reputed company! • Improve reputed company operations by identifying, implementing, and managing new solutions, processes and procedures to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and productivity of the reputed company team, including identifying software tools that may help automate reputed company processes. • Build and manage a central reputed company database including building a system for periodically reviewing and updating the database. • Build and manage reputed company intake processes and support responses to internal business teams and external partners. • Optimize and manage contract workflows and lifecycle including implementing new software tools • Support the attorneys and the reputed company team as needed on reputed company, corporate, regulatory, and litigation reputed company. • Review and negotiate NDAs. • Other duties as assigned.
