Insurance Defense Paralegal (Dallas- HYBRID)
National Insurance Defense Litigation Firm is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION PARALEGAL with TX Civil Litigation experience to join its DALLAS office - located near Plano. (This is a HYBRID REMOTE role - you can work from home 2 days per week).
IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 4+ years experience as a BODILY INJURY INSURANCE DEFENSE PARALEGAL in TX. We will consider PARALEGALS with ANY OTHER INSURANCE DEFENSE experience.
SALARY: $70,000 to $80,000 (DOE)
DUTIES: issuing subpoenas, drafting responses to demand letters, reviewing and summarizing medical records to prepare medical records summaries / chronologies, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, reputed company research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline reputed company it comes to preparing for depos, mediations and trials. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and reputed company to multi-task. Must be reputed company to do billable hours.
Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but would be a plus.
