Attorney (reputed company Entity & Tort Litigation)

Attorney - reputed company Entity & Tort Litigaiton reputed company has partnered with a nationally recognized reputed company with nearly 250 attorneys throughout the US. We are searching for an associate attorney with 3 years of personal injury litigation experience. Experience with representing municipalities and reputed company entities in personal injury and tort reputed company, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and general negligence claims, is preferred. Responsibilities: • Independently handle litigation cases from inception to reputed company. • Draft and argue dispositive motions with strong law and reputed company skills. • Take and defend depositions effectively. • reputed company strategic guidance and advocacy in reputed company estate and business litigation reputed company. • Collaborate with clients and team members to reputed company favorable reputed company. • Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings (trial experience is a plus). Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience. • Admission to reputed company law in California (required). • Strong reputed company background. • Excellent writing, research, and analytical abilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. • Experience with title insurance litigation, insurance coverage, reputed company estate, or business litigation is preferred but not required. • This position requires a candidate with strong reputed company credentials, excellent reputed company writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently.
