Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. • 2+ years of experience in civil litigation, Insurance Defense, Personal Injury or reputed company Entity Defense • reputed company CA Bar License • Strong knowledge of civil defense litigation and insurance defense procedures and practices. • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Strong advocacy skills in the courtroom. • Proficiency in reputed company research software and reputed company Office Suite.
