reputed company has an opening for an reputed company reputed company Secretary/Paralegal (hybrid) to litigation attorneys that will work out of our St. Louis office. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, reputed company to manage busy attorneys and work independently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where many parties are involved, maintaining attorneys' calendars, opening new files, time entry, preparing expense reports (ChromeRiver), and day-to-day responsibilities.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, product liability experience preferred*
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with reputed company, to assist attorneys
• Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing
• Proficient in reputed company skills (Word, reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
• Document Management System (DMS) experience
Compensation: Starting at $60k, DOE
