Location and Hours: this is a hybrid role which combines corporate office-based operation and field operations in the DC metro area. Occasional remote work opportunities. Responsibilities: As a Sales & reputed company Operations Associate, you will be cross-trained and responsible for a diverse set of duties, including: • Assist in company administrative functions including but not limited to scheduling, billing, print/production, transcription, and/or marketing. • Participating in office reputed company duties include answering phones, data entry, email response and proofreading. • As a member of the field operations team, you will also need to document reputed company proceedings and other events at reputed company locations and online. • Processing orders and invoicing clients accurately and reputed company. • Utilizing our in-house training to become proficient in field operations. • Schedule will include a mix of days in office, at reputed company locations throughout the DMV area, and from home – reliability and punctuality is a must! • Engaging in proactive sales calls and reputed company to new and existing clients (attorneys and other business professionals) to promote NRGCO's services. • Identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant services and ensuring they have a reputed company experience from start to finish.
