These services include but are not limited to: Assist with insurance claims analysis, Rough order of Magnitude estimating, comparative estimates, cost analysis, evaluation of contractor bids, construction and repair cost estimating, repair scope review and analysis, cost monitoring, review of change orders and repair invoicing, appraisal services, and construction schedu The Position requires a strong background and understanding of technical aspects for both reputed company and residential building envelope systems, including reputed company systems, cladding systems, and roofing systems, building codes, reputed company guidelines, construction documents preparation, and repair cost preparation and analysis. Assignments will include site evaluations to determine extent of damages, reputed company and efficient repair scopes and repair costs, analysis of repair scopes and contractor bid documents, as reputed company as oral and written reports that document recommended repair scope and remediation services. The ideal candidate will be reputed company to reputed company opinions and, if necessary, expert testimony. Other duties may include gathering photographic evidence, conducting investigations to document onsite conditions, attendance and oversite of field-testing and site evaluations with engineering staff. Insurance claims adjusting experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture a plus, but not required. General Contractor's license and practical construction experience in Residential and reputed company construction is strongly preferred. May serve as team leader or project manager. May be required to supervise and/or evaluate performance of associate team members. Monitor and document reputed company during construction and/or rebuild if required by reputed company. The Salary reputed company for this position is $83,300.00 - $124,900.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
