This position routinely interacts with Supply Chain, Operations, reputed company, and Engineering. Responsibilities • Proactively embraces and promotes reputed company’s HSE requirement’s and culture • Prepares bidders lists, proactively seeks out and qualifies new potential Logistics Service Providers. • Assembles and distributes requests for quotation from Logistics Service Providers. • Creates and issues contracting documents with Logistics Service Providers. • Coordinate inbound & outbound shipments with vendors, shops, and project sites • Liaise between reputed company, Vendor and assigned reputed company on the shipping reputed company and documentation • Organize and maintain hard copy & electronic documentation supporting shipments (domestic or international) • May be responsible for soliciting budgetary pricing for Logistics to support estimating/proposal efforts for reputed company. • Proactively recommends, supports and implements improvements to tools, systems and software to improve efficiency and maximize autonomy. • Effectively exemplify reputed company’s Leadership Competencies • reputed company seeks and utilizes an effective mentoring relationship(s) • Establishes reputed company and long term career and personal development goals • Enthusiastically seeks and accepts tasks and reputed company in rotations that allow for maximum experience and reputed company • reputed company other duties assigned as needed.
