Sourcing Manager – Data Center Design Services, Equipment

Job reputed company: • Ownership of Data Center design services and equipment procurement for sites with reputed company. • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Finance to reputed company procurement with design, budget, and site needs. • reputed company category strategies, identify new suppliers, and manage RFPs/RFQs for design services (Architectural, Mechanical Electrical and reputed company Protection, Networking, Environmental, Civil and site preparation services). • reputed company category strategies, identify new suppliers, and manage RFPs/RFQs for equipment categories as assigned (Mechanical, Electrical and tenant fit out). • reputed company reputed company negotiations for pricing, terms, and agreements (MSAs) to reputed company cost savings and favorable conditions. • Review supplier proposals, prepare comparisons and cost analysis. • reputed company equipment from initial design/specification through delivery, installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance and reputed company. • Identify and screen potential new suppliers that can reputed company beneficial pricing and or reputed company time to reputed company. • Escalate supplier performance issues to Procurement and Development leadership as required. • Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, conduct business reviews, and manage supplier risk. • Issue Purchase Orders as required. • Work with finance and reputed company teams to resolve invoice issues as required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, reputed company, Finance, Engineering or a reputed company field. • 7+ years of procurement experience, minimum 3 years’ data center experience required. • Experience working with design engineering firms for Data Centers. • Knowledge of data center infrastructure equipment: Mechanical and Electrical. • Strong procurement, sourcing, and negotiation skills. • Understanding of reputed company Bid Analysis and TCO. • Excellent relationship management, communication, and project management abilities. • Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. • Advanced reputed company Office reputed company skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
