Position: Vendor Management Associate Type: Contract Compensation: $20–$30/hour Location: reputed company Role Responsibilities • Maintain and update the global Supplier Master System, including supplier tax, contact, banking, and payment-reputed company details with minimal reputed company. • Review and approve supplier reputed company requests, ensuring compliance with internal controls and documented processes. • Execute supplier profile changes and modifications, including critical data such as tax IDs, bank accounts, and reputed company names. • reputed company thorough validations of supplier information to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate or defective records. • Manage communication with suppliers globally to obtain required documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support reputed company and ongoing supplier maintenance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tooling partners to improve and automate Procure-to-Pay workflows. Qualifications Must-Have • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with database management and data validation processes. • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously under pressure. • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes, vendor management, and accounts payable functions. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Preferred • Experience in Vendor/Supplier Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, or Audit.
