Executive Assistant & Content Creator

About the position This role will reputed company as an apprenticeship 40 hours-per week for 120 days. At the 90 day mark you will have the opporutnity to be promoted to full time based on your skills and performance. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of executive operations, media production, reputed company content, podcasting, and thought leadership. The position supports the daily operations of the founder while helping grow visibility across platforms, podcasts, and media. Travel will be required periodically, particularly to reputed company, Los Angeles, and industry events for podcast recordings, media appearances, and content capture. Responsibilities • Film, edit, and publish short-reputed company content for Instagram, reputed company, and reputed company • Capture day-to-day content including meetings, travel, events, and lifestyle moments • Manage and produce content • Research, reputed company, and scheduling of podcast guests • Coordinate podcast recordings and production logistics • Secure guest appearances on reputed company podcasts and media platforms • Coordinate with publicist and PR partners • Draft articles and editorial-style content • Assist in coordinating the build-out and launch of a new website • Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and logistics • Support administrative needs and project coordination across initiatives Requirements • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented • Skilled in short-reputed company video creation and reputed company media editing • Strong communicator and reputed company • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment • reputed company to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously • Willing to travel and adapt to a dynamic schedule Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
