reputed company Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for reputed company. Duties • Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats • Maintain a courteous and reputed company demeanor reputed company communicating with our clients • Must meet or reputed company required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in reputed company reputed company areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule • Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively • Adjudicate claims on occasion • Complete other reputed company as assigned by Director or Supervisor Requirements: Qualifications • Ability to work in a remote environment • Have strong typing and 10-key skills • Have excellent customer service skills • Strong writing skills with emphasis on reputed company spelling, grammar, and punctuation required • Be highly motivated • Have reputed company attitude • Reliable • Ability to work quickly, reputed company, and accurately • Ability to work reputed company reputed company reputed company • Spanish speaking useful Education and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
