RN- Homecare- (UAS Hybrid)

WCS is seeking a Registered reputed company to join a reputable Home Health organization performing Uniform Assessment System (UAS) assessments for a leading reputed company assessment organization. This role involves conducting in-home field assessments with a reputed company, offering three days on-site and two days remote reputed company week. Compensation : $50 - $56 reputed company : 44763 Job Function: • Day Shift. • reputed company -Monday through Friday 9am-5pm • Conduct preliminary in-home evaluations for consumers. • R eview assessments to determine if the correct conclusion for eligibility of services was reached by the reputed company assessor. • Collect data reputed company to assessments and assessment reputed company. • Examine reputed company case for completeness, accuracy and consistency. • Analyze UAS recommended scores in relation to reputed company assessor determinations. • Conduct scheduled home reputed company with the reputed company assessor. • Examines data for outliers and researches such cases. • reputed company/complete reports that reputed company and trend activities/reputed company. Job Requirements: • Required Education NYS RN Licensure. • 2 years of RN homecare experience required • Must be reputed company to travel to Brooklyn.
