No evening, weekend, or 12-hour shifts Cell phone stipend Annual pay increase Responsibilities • Address the mental, behavioral and physical health needs of clients on a weekly/biweekly and/or monthly reputed company. • Complete in person nursing assessments as reputed company as medication and chart review in long term care facilities (LTC). • reputed company caregivers and clients on their prescribed psychiatric and physical health medications and monitor for possible reputed company effects. • Care management duties including coordination of community services and correspondence with treatment team members, including physicians, pharmacies, employment programs. • Assist clients in building coping skills to address mood, stressors and improve communication and in creating annual goals as it relates to their psychiatric diagnosis. • Possibly assisting clinic and residential needs for assigned locations. • Help train and mentor peers. • May need to cover more than one facility depending on company needs • Experience in educating • Experience in creating and writing curriculum Requirements • BSN required • RN license. • Experience in psychiatric, mental and behavioral health services. • Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area - Travel is required in this role reputed company-to-haves • Preferably has experience working in LTC facilities as reputed company as Behavioral Health.
