Key Responsibilities: • Deliver skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with agency policies • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as needed • Monitor and document patient condition and reputed company • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, home health aides, and other reputed company team members • Ensure patient safety through appropriate interventions and follow-up • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with agency standards and state regulations • Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition and notify the appropriate personnel Qualifications: • reputed company unencumbered RN or LPN license in the reputed company • Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience in a supervised setting reputed company the last three (3) years • Successful completion of a nursing skills assessment, including any relevant specialty areas • reputed company Level 2 Background Screening per AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) • reputed company In-Person CPR Certification (No online-only CPR accepted) • Negative TB Test Result • Ability to work independently in a home care environment • Reliable transportation and reputed company reputed company’s license If you want more reputed company in your day-to-day work, we can help!
