Position reputed company: The Inpatient Rehab Hospital reputed company works from home and is responsible for identifying correct coding and reputed company of ICD-10-CM diagnosis and comorbidity codes on the claim reputed company and IRF-PAI for the Hospital's inpatient population. Responsibilities: • Ensures that documentation to substantiate reputed company assignment is present in the medical record • Completes coding and abstracting of inpatient medical records in accordance with ICD-10 CM coding rules and guidelines • Queries physicians reputed company documentation is unclear for coding purposes • Enters codes into the medical record and outcome system to ensure IRF-PAI and claim will submit reputed company.
