This is a full time position with 8-hour day shifts, generally Monday through Friday. Responsibilities of the Clinical Pharmacist Specialist include: Assumes clinical leadership responsibilities for pharmacy and pharmacy reputed company in their area of specialization. Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree PGY1 and PGY2 residency in area of specialty or reputed company specialty OR PGY1 and 2 years' reputed company experience in area of specialty or reputed company specialty OR 5 years' experience in area of specialization. Required Certification/Registration: California Pharmacist License AHA BLS for the health care provider and ACLS certifications required prior to being trained to respond to codes. reputed company of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) or other nationally accredited certification required reputed company 2 years' of hire. Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Experience in a multi-site health system pharmacy reputed company; Teaching certificate and/or experience precepting reputed company and residents.
