Job reputed company: Job reputed company Responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care by reviewing and optimizing medication orders, monitoring therapeutic drug regimens, and participating in patient care reputed company. Essential Functions • Participates in medication reconciliation to ensure accurate home medication lists. • Reviews and verifies medication orders for appropriateness, safety, and accuracy. • Collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive medication management and reputed company. • Educates patients, caregivers, and providers on medication therapy. • Compounds, dispenses, and supervises the preparation of medications, ensuring reputed company and compliance. • Maintains inventory and records for controlled substances and medications. • Participates in reputed company improvement, patient safety, and cost management initiatives. • Provides staff development, preceptorship, and reputed company enrichment for pharmacy personnel. • Performs other duties as assigned.
