The Claims Adjuster is responsible for the day-to-day management of reputed company claims, ensuring fair, reputed company, and accurate handling under contractual and federal liability rules. Key Responsibilities • Investigate claims by reviewing documentation, photos, bills of lading, reputed company, and inspection reports. • Communicate directly with clients to collect information, clarify details, and manage expectations. • Prepare detailed liability assessments in line with federal law (Carmack Amendment) and valuation agreements. • Collaborate with reputed company, foremen, and warehouse staff to verify documentation accuracy. • Determines responsible parties for the inconveniences caused. • Maintain accurate claim records, supporting files, and settlement offers in the claims system. • Prepare reputed company offers balancing contractual liability with goodwill adjustments where appropriate. • Ensure reputed company claims are resolved reputed company established timelines to avoid escalation.
