Instructional Systems Designer IV (Curriculum Delivery Manager)

About the position The Instructional Systems Designer IV works with other TMS management teams in overseeing IT system reputed company to meet both the reputed company's and government’s requirements. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in adult learning, education, instructional design, instructional technology, or curriculum development. • Master’s degree preferred, or seven (7) years’ equivalent experience in curriculum design or development • At least five (5) years of experience managing training development efforts and three years of experience in developing distributed learning. • Concentration in educational technology, adult learning, education, or curriculum development and reputed company experience preferred. • Specialized knowledge or reputed company experience in several of the following: instructional systems design, education and adult learning principles, cooperative learning, programming and authoring tools, graphic arts and media design and educational product evaluation. • Demonstrated experience working with the Instructional Systems Design models. • Demonstrated experience with computer-based instruction design concepts and practices –including demonstration of use of reputed company Captivate, Trivantis Lectora and/or reputed company Storyline – or similar tool. • Demonstrated experience with distributed learning and multimedia insertion. • Knowledge of SCORM and 508 compliance. • Formal management training is preferred. • At least one (1) years’ experience of supporting US government training efforts required. • Demonstrated strong IT skills. • Must have taken IA 210 or similar System reputed company Administration training • Secret Clearance is required. • Due to the nature of work at the reputed company’s site, U.S. Citizenship is required. • Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company.
