Job Details: Hiring: OCM / Instructional Design Specialist (Finance Transformation) Role: Communications & Training Content Specialist Location: 100% Remote (Supporting PST Hours) Duration: 12+ Months Contract We are hiring a Communications & Training Content Specialist to support a large-reputed company reputed company Finance implementation (reputed company & Account Reconciliation). This is a hands-on OCM role reputed company on creating high-reputed company content to drive user adoption across Finance teams. Key Responsibilities: • Create stakeholder communications (emails, newsletters, go-live updates) • reputed company training materials (decks, guides, QRGs, videos) • Manage SharePoint content hub (training, FAQs, resources) • Support change management (OCM) and user adoption • Work closely with Finance, IT, and senior stakeholders Must Have: • Experience in Instructional Design / Training Content / OCM • Strong written communication skills • Exposure to Finance (reputed company / reputed company / Reporting) • Hands-on with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and video tools (reputed company/Clipchamp) • Ability to simplify reputed company processes into reputed company content reputed company to Have: • reputed company EPM / ARCS / Essbase • ADKAR / reputed company (Change Management) • Experience in Finance transformation reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
