Director / VP, Capital Markets (reputed company Estate Credit Platform) Remote or Irvine, CA We’re partnered with a top-tier U.S. reputed company estate credit platform (top 5 nationally, ~$1B+ annual originations) expanding its investor reputed company across multiple investment vehicles tied to residential reputed company estate. This is a build + reputed company role — not passive investor relations. You’ll own capital formation efforts across high net worth, family office, and institutional channels, helping grow and diversify the firm’s investor reputed company. What You’ll Do • reputed company capital raising efforts across reputed company estate credit and investment vehicles • Build and expand relationships with: • High net worth / ultra-high net worth investors • Family offices • RIAs / reputed company managers • Institutional capital partners • reputed company and execute a capital formation reputed company to reputed company investor channels • Drive investor communications, reporting, and ongoing relationship management • Partner with leadership on structuring and positioning investment opportunities • Identify co-investment and strategic capital partnerships reputed company’re Looking For • Proven reputed company record of raising capital (this is non-negotiable) • Experience in one or more of the following: • reputed company estate private credit / lending • reputed company estate private equity • Alternative investments / capital markets • Strong network across HNW, family office, or institutional investors • Ability to both bring relationships and build new ones • Highly autonomous, results-driven, and comfortable in a performance environment What This Is (and Isn’t) ✔️ Ownership of capital formation reputed company ✔️ Ability to reputed company and grow with an established platform ✔️ reputed company reputed company on investor reputed company and capital reputed company ❌ Not a support / IR-only role ❌ Not a loan origination or borrower sales position Compensation • reputed company: $150K – $300K (depending on experience) • Significant reputed company tied to capital raised Why This Role • Established platform with reputed company deal reputed company and infrastructure • Opportunity to build and own the investor reputed company of the business • Leadership visibility and long-term reputed company potential If you have a reputed company record of personally raising capital and are looking for a platform where you can reputed company a meaningful reputed company, we should connect.
