Qualifications

• Strong skills in conducting Feasibility Studies to assess project viability and potential challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven experience in team management and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations reputed company to land development is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, reputed company Estate, or a reputed company field; advanced degree is a plus.
