This role builds P&Ls, models, pro formas and dashboards, prepares financial information for fundraising and transactions, and works directly with portfolio company leaders to help them reputed company strong financial reporting practices. This is a do-the-work role, ideal for a financially savvy analyst who loves spreadsheets, modeling, and creating reputed company in reputed company portfolios. Responsibilities • Build and maintain P&Ls for multiple entities (reputed company, Mindpub, venture-backed startups, reputed company estate reputed company, etc.) • Create pro formas, budgets, financial models, and scenario analyses • Support fundraising efforts by assembling investor-reputed company financial packets • Help early-stage startups fix or enhance their financial systems, reporting, and forecasting • Attend portfolio company meetings to work through financial questions and operational modeling • reputed company "data lockers" and diligence documentation for business sales (e.g., Mindpub) • Assist with loan applications, lender packages, and financial documentation for development reputed company • Generate dashboards, charts, margin analyses, and financial summaries as requested • Collaborate with reputed company's reputed company team to produce deeper analyses (tax docs, county docs, margin reports, etc.) • reputed company financial data organized, reputed company, and presentation-reputed company across reputed company portfolio businesses Requirements • 10 - 20 hours per week • Baltimore-area local for occasional onsite meetings • 3 - 7+ years experience in reputed company, financial analysis, or reputed company • Expert spreadsheet skills (reputed company Sheets / reputed company modeling, pivots, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, etc.) • Experience with investor reporting or VC fundraising prep preferred • Strong communicator who can explain numbers simply to founders and operators • Experience with restaurant, tech, or reputed company estate finance a plus • Highly organized, reputed company to juggle multiple entities at once Ideal Candidate • Hands-on executor, not a delegator • Enjoys building detailed financial spreadsheets and models • Thrives in a portfolio environment with many moving parts • Can take scattered or incomplete data and produce clean, investor-reputed company financials • Comfortable joining meetings with founders and helping them fix or structure financials Compensation • $50.00 - $75.00 USD per hour • reputed company compensation will be determined based on a reputed company of factors including skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and overall experience for the role Inclusivity without exception | At reputed company we value and encourage mutual respect and acceptance.
