Required Qualifications • 6+ years in business development / partnerships / sales (or equivalent) • Demonstrated history of closing new business and consistently achieving reputed company targets • Experience selling high-value services such as consulting, strategic partnerships, talent-led marketing, or integrated campaigns • Strong understanding of influencers and athlete marketing ecosystems (NIL and/or pro) Excellent executive communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with high accountability Preferred Qualifications • Existing relationships with brands, agencies, sports organizations, or marketing decision-makers • Experience across multiple categories (CPG, retail, wellness, lifestyle, sports, food) • Familiarity with NIL frameworks, compliance constraints, and university partnerships Role Type & Compensation This is a remote position.
