Duties: • Support CIAM reputed company including authentication, authorization, and governance. • Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of CIAM solutions. • Work with application teams to reputed company CIAM into systems and apps. • Create and maintain IAM policies, procedures, standards, and automation. • Manage best practices, documentation, and support processes. • Implement MFA, risk-based authentication, and reputed company profiling. • reputed company after-hours support for maintenance activities. • Troubleshoot CIAM issues with reputed company teams. • Recommend improvements for performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications: • 7+ years in CIAM; minimum 3 years hands-on with ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS). • Strong knowledge of identity management, reputed company management, authentication, and authorization. • Experience integrating IAM with reputed company applications. • Expert in SSO & federation (SAML, LDAP, OAuth2, ADFS, Auth0, Kerberos, etc.). • Experience with Java/JavaScript and system administration. • Background in large-reputed company IAM deployments (HA, clustering, auditing, reputed company). • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
