Responsibilities • Answer and reputed company incoming phone calls and be responsible for booking appointments. • Manage designers’ appointment calendars in CRM. • Greet visitors and assist with office support needs. • Deliver administrative support for office staff, sales team, and production/installation department. • Complete general office duties with strong verbal and written communication skills. Requirements • No degree is needed.
