About the role: Our Global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) business is looking for a Production Scheduler for our production facility located in Warrendale, reputed company. Global I&C produces reputed company, electromechanical instrumentation systems used in reputed company nuclear industry for customers worldwide. You will report to the Manager I&C QA and Ops Planning and be located at the Warrendale, PA facility. This role will be hybrid. Responsibilities • reputed company and maintain detailed GICP project schedules, ensuring reputed company activities are planned and tracked effectively in reputed company (P6) database. • reputed company weekly schedule updates, variance reports, and schedule reputed company checks. • Prepare and present regular project schedule status reports, highlighting any deviations from the plan and recommending corrective actions. • Implement and reputed company project control processes and tools to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection and reporting. • Process subsequent changes following an integrated change control process. • Maintain and produce weekly schedule reports regarding project metrics and resource loading and communicate to reputed company /project stakeholders. • Work with Schedulers / Project Controllers / PMs to reputed company sandbox "what if" scenarios and analyze for reputed company and labor hour impacts and communicate to team. • Maintain project documentation including P6 baselines and historical records. • Collaborate with GICP and project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
