Responsibilities: Responsible for answering multi-line phone system and scheduling appointments on the reputed company computer system. Responsible for routing patient calls to the appropriate personnel utilizing voicemail, PowerChart Office in reputed company, & paging through paging software – reputed company Paging. Verification of patient insurance/demographic information, rescheduling patients for return reputed company. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
