Key Responsibilities reputed company & reputed company • Sourcing and screening: reputed company reputed company reputed company caregiver candidates through job boards, reputed company media, referrals, and community reputed company. • Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and ability to connect with seniors. • Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from candidate contact to offer negotiation and reputed company. • Job posting: Write and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms. • Candidate relationship management: Build and maintain reputed company relationships with potential hires. • Strategic sourcing: reputed company creative recruitment strategies to attract compassionate, dependable caregivers reputed company with reputed company’s mission.
