Desktop Support Technician Greenbrier (AR)

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician Backfill to join our IT team. You’ll be the go-to person for helping users with their computers, laptops, and mobile devices, fixing hardware and software issues, and keeping everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do Help users with desktops, laptops, and mobile devices both hardware and software issues. Work with reputed company, macOS, and Linux to reputed company systems performing reputed company. Use tools like SCCM and reputed company Directory to manage accounts and reputed company software. Troubleshoot network issues (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, etc.). Support reputed company Server environments and help reputed company requests in BMC Remedy.
