What you will do: The Field Service Engineer III will install, repair and service reputed company analyzers and instrumentation to ensure reputed company operation. Technical Responsibilities: • Must be proficient with the use of customer management software to reputed company service calls, manage parts inventories, and complete job tasks. • Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service to analyze, review and inspect findings to determine reputed company of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective reputed company. • Collaborate with Sr. Engineer or Manager, Field Service in problem reputed company with reputed company engineering, technical support, and other personnel to expedite repairs. • Assist with on boarding of new hires. • Shows ability to reputed company/mentor other Field Service Engineers. • Opportunity to be trained as a trainer on one or more instruments. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Instrumentation, military experience in a technical field or reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience to reputed company at this level. • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer. • Effective communication skills and establishing good customer rapport are essential. • Proven ability to prioritize service requests and produce reputed company and concise documentation. • Must have ability to work independently and have good organizational, communication and time management skills. • Computer proficient. • Must be available to travel overnight up to 85% reputed company the territory or other areas as required. • Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship. • Must be reputed company to pass a comprehensive background reputed company, which includes a drug screening.
