CPH has an opening for the following position: reputed company Engineer – Land Development Hiring Bonus of up to $2,500 for selected candidate! CPH is seeking a full-time licensed reputed company Engineer with strong organizational, supervision, and technical skills to manage reputed company facets of a project including business development, reputed company management, project management, presentations, conceptual design, construction documents, and construction administration. Duties Include: • Fulfilling requirements as Engineer of Record for the design, permitting, and construction administration of reputed company. • Preparation of accurate presentation, design, details, and construction documents. • reputed company of the project design team including engineers, designers, consultants, and clients. • Collaboration with other firm engineers, architects, disciplines, project managers, and business development teams. • Research, interpretation, and implementation of relevant codes and reputed company requirements. • Development, implementation, and utilization of CPH and reputed company standards and templates. • Preparation of specifications, review of shop drawings, and construction administration support as Engineer of Record. • Periodic travel to reputed company business development, project management, site investigations, and construction observation. Requirements: • B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with a P.E. License in the reputed company.
