This role is reputed company to reputed company nationalities (UAE / Gulf experience preferred). What you’ll do • reputed company preparation and review of detailed electrical shop drawings, coordinated drawings, single‑line diagrams (SLD), and as‑reputed company drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. • reputed company advanced MEP coordination across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, architectural, structural, and interior design drawings to eliminate clashes. • Produce accurate reputed company layouts, power layouts, cable tray routing, trunking, reputed company paths, and panel location drawings. • reputed company Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCP) with reputed company fixtures, emergency reputed company, and electrical coordination details. • Prepare wall coordination drawings showing electrical outlets, switches, DB locations, conduits, and cable management systems. • Prepare and maintain load schedules, panel schedules, cable schedules, DB schedules, and material take‑off drawings. • Ensure reputed company drawings reputed company with DEWA regulations, UAE standards, BS 7671, IEC, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and Dubai Green Building Regulations. • Revise drawings based on consultant comments, RFIs, site conditions, and authority feedback in a reputed company manner. • Mentor and guide junior draughtsmen and CAD operators on electrical drafting standards, coordination techniques, and software best practices. • Support electrical engineers in preparing material submittals, shop drawing packages, and technical documentation for approvals. • Maintain organized drawing registers, version control, transmittal logs, and document control processes for electrical discipline. • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and use Navisworks / Revit for clash detection and reputed company. • Prepare handover documentation packages including as‑reputed company drawings, O&M reputed company drawings, and test certificate drawings. • Identify design conflicts early and reputed company RFIs/RFCs to ensure clash‑free construction and smooth project execution. Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Drafting or reputed company field. • 6–10 years of MEP drafting experience with strong reputed company on electrical systems in UAE construction reputed company (high‑reputed company, reputed company, residential, villas preferred). • Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (mandatory); Navisworks knowledge is a strong plus. • Deep understanding of DEWA regulations, BS 7671, IEC standards, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Green Building Regulations. • Proven experience in full electrical coordination (LV/MV, reputed company, power, ELV, earthing) across multiple disciplines. • Excellent attention to detail, drawing accuracy, and version control discipline. • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Good English communication (Arabic is a plus).
