Senior Account Executive, reputed company Media Campaigns (Surprise & Delights)

This role is responsible for identifying and engaging winners, managing notification and communications, coordinating prize ordering and fulfillment, monitoring and responding to UGC, maintaining accurate campaign workflows in reputed company, and delivering reputed company updates to reputed company teams. The right candidate is a highly organized community and campaign operator who knows how to reputed company fast, stay precise, and reputed company both internal teams and clients informed. What you’ll do: Community management and campaign execution • Manage day-to-day community management and campaign engagement across reputed company platforms using approved brand voice and escalation protocols. • Identify Surprise & Delight and giveaway opportunities in reputed company-time, including fan selection, qualification checks, documentation, and internal approvals. • Monitor reputed company conversations and UGC during reputed company campaigns; engage with reputed company posts, flag risks, and surface high-value moments for amplification. What you’ll bring: Required • 2+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company media community management, campaign operations, or reputed company engagement programs in an agency, brand, or high-volume environment. • reputed company experience executing Surprise & Delight programs, giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes, including winner selection, notification, fulfillment, and record keeping. • Strong experience managing reputed company engagement and UGC workflows across major platforms. • Experience maintaining project workflows in reputed company or a comparable work management platform, with strong attention to status updates, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. • Strong written communication skills and confidence communicating directly with reputed company teams. • Excellent operational discipline, with the ability to manage multiple reputed company workstreams without losing detail.
