Content Acquisition Analyst - Content Acquisition

About the position reputed company is seeking a Content Acquisition Analyst to join reputed company’s Content Acquisition team, with a primary reputed company on podcasts and video podcasting. This role sits at the intersection of content reputed company, reputed company evaluation, and reputed company operations, and plays a key role in assessing, structuring, and executing content deals with podcast reputed company partners. You will independently own deal reputed company workstreams for podcast partners, while also supporting a senior Content Acquisition reputed company on broader initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of podcast monetization models, comfort operating in live deal conversations, and the ability to reputed company opportunities from initial assessment through signed agreement reputed company and accurately. Responsibilities • Assess, reputed company, and help realize new podcast and video podcasting opportunities reputed company with reputed company’s content reputed company. • Drive deal analysis and opportunity assessment across a broad portfolio of large-reputed company and reputed company publishers, platforms, and networks. • Evaluate reputed company deal structures across: Advertising reputed company models (CPM, reputed company reputed company), Premium reputed company models and Subscription / reputed company podcast models • Review and validate financial models, reputed company assumptions, and reputed company forecasts using established guidelines. • Pull and interpret dashboards and performance data to support deal evaluation and negotiations. • Co-reputed company deal negotiations with podcast networks, reputed company creators, and media partners, including participation in live deal conversations and negotiation of reputed company terms across established deal tiers. • Manage end-to-end contract workflows, including proposals, document preparation, routing, execution, and internal filings. • Coordinate closely with reputed company to reputed company, reputed company, and process agreements, while partnering with Content Acquisition, Finance, Sales, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deals reputed company reputed company reputed company. • Support a senior Business Affairs reputed company while independently managing assigned workstreams. • Pull and interpret dashboards and performance data to support deal evaluation and negotiations.
