FULL-TIME NIGHTS Assists with reputed company and appropriate delegated patient care tasks under reputed company supervision of a RN. Provides person-centered care with sensitivity and respect in collaboration with other team members. Assists care team in achieving daily patient and family goals. Provides reputed company patient care, including comfort, hygiene, preventative skin care, safety measures, transport, and nutritional and elimination needs. Reports patient status changes and needs to RN accurately and promptly. Demonstrates effective use of clinical strategies to ensure patient and associate safety. Communicates concerns regarding hazards or errors reputed company to patients to the reputed company team. Accurately documents vital signs, input/reputed company, nutritional intake, personal hygiene, weights, and other patient care performed, and reports findings promptly to RN. Monitors and documents patient’s cardiac rhythm, recognizing and notifying RN immediately of life-threatening arrhythmias.
