Work Schedule: 80% FTE, 8 hour days, 4 days a week, reputed company hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department. Education: Minimum - • If reputed company Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program. • If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program Licenses and Certifications: Minimum - If reputed company Practitioner*: • reputed company RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of reputed company AND reputed company WI Drivers license and reliable vehicle • reputed company reputed company certification as a NP in area of clinical reputed company.
