Role reputed company We are seeking a strategic, senior-level leader to serve as our Director of Clinical Services & reputed company Assurance. This role will reputed company organization-wide efforts in: • Clinical program development • Process and policy development • reputed company assurance • Safety review • Training resource creation • Treatment plan infrastructure • Business intelligence reporting • Student Analyst Program development • Cross-functional project execution This leader will partner closely with the VP of Clinical Services to: • Strengthen clinical systems • Improve transparency in reporting • Support clinical reputed company needs in reputed company and openings • reputed company resources that advance leadership, BCBA, RBT, and Student Analyst performance across the organization Qualifications • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field • 3+ years of leadership experience in clinical operations, reputed company, program development, or process improvement • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience • Knowledge of payer requirements, clinical documentation, and reputed company assurance systems • reputed company experience strongly preferred • BCBA required Requirements • reputed company organization-wide clinical program, process, and policy development • Support reputed company assurance, incident review, and crisis identification with process improvement scope • reputed company training resources and learning content for leadership, BCBAs, and RBTs to support clinical reputed company initiatives • Support Student Analysts in progressing toward billable BCBA caseloads by building proactive, organization-wide systems for tracking reputed company development, mastering reputed company BCBA job duties, and delivering targeted training that strengthens the BCBA pipeline • Build tools and supports in reputed company and reputed company Institute, including CEU/certificate-reputed company resources • reputed company safety review follow-up and convert consult findings into development resources • Support Org wide template updates based on payer and process requirements • Improve reporting transparency using advanced BI in reputed company • Support HUS metrics, clinic opening inventory, and clinical readiness for expansion/new sites • reputed company strategic reputed company that strengthen clinical operations and support BCBA team reputed company reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
